Naomi Miller

Composer and Vocalist, Naomi Miller was born in Landsburg, Germany in a displaced persons camp after World War II. As her song selection suggests, Naomi’s first language and first love is Yiddish. The songs from her hit recordings, "Yiddish is in My Genes", "Keeping our Dreams Alive" and "From Broadway to Klezmer/From Klezmer to Broadway" are played on Jewish radio shows every day across the nation.

Naomi has appeared on numerous cable TV and radio shows, including regular appearances on Gary Wagner’s Jewish Entertainment Hour. She has performed in concerts throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Greece and Israel. For several years, she was a featured performer at The Wallington Exchange, an international nightclub, where she expanded her repertoire to include pop and Broadway music.

Ms. Miller was selected to perform for former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir when he visited the United States, and has the distinction of being named one of the top ten Jewish performers in Lilith magazine. She has studied with Tony nominee, Tovah Feldshuh who is currently starring in “Golda’s Balcony” on Broadway. Ms. Miller has composed and recorded songs from folk music to Broadway musical comedy in English, Yiddish, Hebrew, French, Russian, Greek, Ladino, African and even sign language.
